Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. To start a return, contact us at eurovibebr@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
